This charming period cottage located in the Cotswolds village of Broadway is perfect for families, couples, and two dogs. The cottage boasts beautiful beamed ceilings in every room and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a downstairs cloakroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious sitting room opening into the dining room. The garden is a delightful extra room in the summer for relaxing, dining, playing or making the most of the sunshine. The property is within walking distance of fabulous shopping, dining out, superb children's play park and The Cotswold Way. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Please restrict your dogs to the ground floor and do not go on the furniture. Three fixed, retractable stair gates are provided. Off-street parking for two cars is available with garage parking suitable for medium car and one further parking space. Foodies will be spoilt for choice with everything from afternoon tea at the famous Lygon Arms; to fine dining at Russells and everything in between.
