Situated in fashion paradise, this modern apartment is just a five-minute walk to tree-lined Avenida da Liberdade with its designer stores such as Cartier and Prada. It’s also just under a ten-minute saunter to Tivoli Forum, for more boutiques, as well as a range of eateries. Or, Praça dos Restauradores with its 17th century architecture and ornate art deco buildings, is around a fifteen-minute stroll. You don’t have to set foot outside of your home though to see some of the city’s attractions – there’s a mural on the living room wall, featuring Lisbon’s harbour. Large windows with access to two small ornate balconies allow light to flood into the space and offer views over the neighbourhood. Enjoy a coffee and some bolo de arroz for breakfast at the dining table, before heading out for a new Lisbon adventure.

Home truths

Guests three and four would be on a sofa bed in the living room – if you’re looking for a home with ample space for socialising, we’d recommend this home for two guests only

There is a late check-in fee for arrivals between 10pm and 3am

The small balconies are for getting some fresh air or taking in the view – there's no room for sitting

You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started

The functional decor is generic and a little sparse for our liking
