Georgian architecture, tree-lined streets, white doorway columns with balconettes above – could this West London home be any more picture-perfect? Just four minutes to Notting Hill Gate station, this flat is right in among the delights of this vibrant area, as well as being a peaceful escape from it all. The interiors are super stylish – huge windows illuminate a spacious open-plan living area with pale wood parquet flooring, an exposed brickwork wall, and mid-century furnishings. We particularly love the green velvet loveseat and terracotta-coloured chair by the window – a perfect spot to relax with an Earl Grey in the morning, and a gin and tonic after sunset. Another fantastic spot to unwind in is the bathroom. There’s a tropical feel to this well-designed space, with a rainfall shower and jungle-green tiles. Soak in the oasis (also known as the freestanding bathtub) and get ready for bustling London life – another G&T in the tub is optional. From the serenity of your home, walk five minutes to the lively and colourful streets of Notting Hill. Quirky cafés, galleries, restaurants, and boutiques are everywhere. Or go hunting for vintage clothes and trinkets at Portobello Road Market, less than a mile from home.

Home truths

At maximum capacity, three adults can sleep in this home but one person will be on a sofa bed in the lounge (and the host requires an additional fee of £20 per night)

This home is on the second floor, but you'll need to climb stairs as there's no lift

There are laundry facilities within the building, but not contained within the flat itself

If you're staying longer than ten days, the host will charge a mid-stay clean

The communal areas of the building look a little worn on first impressions, but these features are out of the host's control and certainly do not reflect the pristine flat

You will be provided with high-quality bed linens, a bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. Your host also provides shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout.
