Whatever your plans, this handsome home is ideal for enjoying the great outdoors, with a private dock on the water for boating and swimming. Back on dry land, take a trip to the nearby town of Argegno, where a cable car ride reveals sweeping views of the Alpine landscape.

Home truths
The accommodation here is set over the main villa, which has four bedrooms, and the separate lake house, which has its own living area and kitchen, along with a mezzanine bedroom. The mezzanine is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
Both the house and grounds are spread across several levels here, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
While toddlers and children are welcome, this home isn't suitable for babies under the age of one.
There's a small apartment near the entrance to this home where the owner will occasionally stay. This is separate to the villa, with its own private entrance and garden.
This home has its own dock and boat mooring on the lake.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available, however the parking area is a short walk through the grounds from the house.
