As there is only one bathroom, it's best suited for close groups of friends or family
The bedroom doors and windows have a view onto a shared courtyard, which can feel a little exposed
Air conditioning is only available on the mezzanine, but there is an extra fan downstairs
The entrance to the home is not step-free, and to get to the mezzanine you will need to climb some stairs (there is a disabled parking spot nearby though)
In this peaceful block, guests should try to keep noise to a minimum from 9pm onwards
