Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This home is the size of a studio flat, so it will only suit those who are after a convenient base in the city and who do not need heaps of space. Due to the size of the home, the interiors are missing that certain wow factor, but we were impressed with the high quality furniture, linens, kitchen amenities and toiletries. A couple of added bonuses include a gym in the building and access to the communal residents garden that's right on the river – the garden is really well kept, and would be a lovely space to relax in, have a picnic, or just enjoy watching the water in the summer.

Home truths
As you can see, this is a very small studio flat so it won't suit those who like a lot of space
The home is part of a riverside development, but sadly it's at the back of the building and faces onto a road, so the views aren't great (and also makes it a little noisier)
There is no dishwasher in the home so be prepared to get manual
The location near Imperial Wharf overground station isn't a central city spot and it doesn't have the most obviously convenient transport links
We have listed the home as able to sleep two guests, as we think it will be the most comfortable at this capacity, but there is an additional sofa bed if required

Fast-forward to the 1980s, and a large-scale regeneration project turned this waterfront area into one of London’s...
