An architect's dream, this home is the perfect retreat for someone who loves great design and is after an enjoyable stay in Paris. Close to Gare de l'Est, the surrounding neighbourhood is friendly with lots of great dinner options close by. The space is ideally arranged for a couple as the rooms are open and aren't separated. Although small, the high ceilings and light wood gives the illusion that this home is larger than it is.

Canal Saint Martin is to Paris what Williamsburg once was to New York or Shoreditch was to London. This part of town still retains a certain grittiness that has been largely lost from the abovementioned counterparts - gentrification is undoubtedly on its way but the area still feels authentic and edgy so get there before this changes!
