This design-led west London home is a perfect family retreat. To the rear of the house, there’s a convivial kitchen diner, which opens onto a private garden – the perfect place for morning cups of coffee. On the lower ground floor, the exercise equipment will please active types and the projector comes in handy on wet days. Step outside the front door and you’ll find yourself on a quiet residential street in Hammersmith, close to Ravenscourt Park and Goldhawk Road tube station. Nearby Askew Village offers independent cafes and shops, while King Street and Shepherd’s Bush boast plenty of bars, restaurants, and boutiques.

Home truths
The four single beds are for children only as they are shorter than the average single bed. There’s also a sofa bed in the en-suite office that can be made up upon request – just let your host know at the time of booking.
Your host provides an initial supply of toiletries. If you need to pick up more, there’s a convenience shop a minute’s walk away.
You will be provided with high-quality bed linens, a bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. Your host also provides shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout.
