This palatial home set slap bang in the middle of vibrant Wells-next-the-Sea delivers on size, location and style. Perfect for a multi-generational family holiday by the sea, there’s no drawing the short straw here. Each of the eight bedrooms, with a private bathroom, is as light-filled as the next. Although slightly overlooked by neighbouring homes, the suntrap terrace is a nice touch for evening drinks. As is the sunroom bar if the weather doesn’t behave. Location-wise, you’re just one mile from the beach, and wander-worthy Staithe Street, brimming with cafes and shops, is just around the corner.
