This home has a real sense of understated luxury – as to be expected from a place that’s practically next-door neighbours with Buckingham Palace. About Westminster
Wesminster is home to two of London's most famous landmarks: The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, both of which sit proudly on the river's edge. It is the centre of the country's political life, and so, perhaps unsurprisingly, it isn't London's hippest area - you'll be sharing the pavements with a mix of politicians and selfie-stick-wielding tourists. What it lacks in local colour or character, it makes up for in location - it's a great base for exploring nearby St James' s Park, Buckingham Palace, Mayfair, Trafalgar Square and beyond.
