It's on a first floor with no lift so some stairs are unavoidable
There is no formal dining space, just the breakfast bar in the kitchen
There are single sofa beds in each of the bedrooms – they are a bit basic but ideal for children
Two guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room although it will be at the expense of lounge seating
There is only one bathroom and toilet, so with a larger group the morning routine may get a little complicated
