There’s something wonderfully comforting about Panzerotto. It’s a family home, and wears that distinction with pride. If you’re keen on a pristine, uncluttered environment, it’ll give you fits, but the flat has far more personality than any of the clinical places that are designed purely to be rented out. As you’d expect, the kitchen is very good and feels like it could handle pretty much anything, and while the sloped ceiling upstairs is a bit of a pain, it’s part of the fabric of the flat, which wouldn’t be the same without it.

About Sempione

Sempione is named after the gigantic park just inside the district, a perfect place for a sunny Sunday vibe, or to relax after days of sightseeing. Napoleon transformed it into a garden when it used to be a forest for the hunting trips of the Sforza family. The area is ideal for visitors who want to take a step away from the buzzing city, but it is still well served...
