Vibrant colours pop out from pretty much every corner of Italo Disco (the possible exception being the bathroom) and we love it. The bold design is one of the great things about this flat, and while anyone after a neutral palette will run a mile, we’re fans of the playful atmosphere. The various Juniqe prints stand out in particular, while the two enormous and brightly-coloured beanbags look like the perfect spot for a little afternoon snooze after a day spent sightseeing. Filled with funky patterns and eclectic decor, the living room is made for pre-dinner drinks and party games. We really like the yellow Eames-style dining chairs and chic dining area too. The location, on Piazza Mentana, is also praiseworthy. Not only is it a charming Italian square, but it's also right in the heart of the medieval city centre, and while there are always going to be people (and trams) coming and going in Milan, you don’t get the tourists that flock to the Duomo and La Scala. And yet, you're only a kilometre away from the famous Cathedral, and under a fifteen-minute stroll from the Leonardo da Vinci Museum.

About Cinque Vie
Cinque Vie (meaning 'five streets') is a tiny area in the historic heart of Milan (just west of the Duomo) and the structure of the streets remains unchanged since Roman times. Take a walk and stumble upon ancient the Roman ruins, museums, cloisters, courtyards and beautiful churches of an undiscovered Milan. These charming, narrow streets are home to some of the city’s best shops, antique shops, and galleries. As well as being steeped in history, Cinque Vie is also extremely photogenic and is definitely ready for its Instagram close-up!
