With its all-white interior design and tranquil views of Inverness Terrace, White Doves is a peaceful home. A beautiful Bayswater sanctuary (just steps away from Hyde Park), it’s one of those places that you look forward to coming home to at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We can’t get over all the period features – the picture-perfect crown moulding and the charming windows being our favourite parts. On top of that, Jane is also a wonderful host, who’s put a lot of care into designing a seamless space filled with a welcoming atmosphere.

Since the floor plan was created, the downstairs WC has been removed and the bath is now a walk-in shower
The home is on the first floor of the building with no lift – you'll have to climb two flights of stairs to reach the entrance
Tall people watch your heads – the mezzanine ceiling is only about 180cm high
When we visited this home, we found the blinds didn't go all the way down
While there's no central heating system, there's two electric heaters which have been newly installed
This home is in a central spot, so noise is to be expected – light sleepers may want to pack earplugs
