Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
There's a lot we love about this stylish apartment in Graça, but our favourite has to be the views. Step onto the small balcony and you'll see the glittering water of the Tagus River in the distance, but the best spot to take in the sweeping scenery is from the huge living room windows. Not only can you see the water, but you have an excellent vantage point of the Panteão Nacional, too. We also adore the earthy tones, original hardwood floors and high ceilings – mix it all together and you're left with a relaxed bohemian vibe that's instantly cosy. After a busy day exploring, plop onto the overstuffed leather sofa and rest weary legs, a glass of Portugal's finest wine in hand. If you're in the mood to cook, you can rustle up a meal in the small kitchen – or, even better, sample the local cuisine at one of the many mouth-watering eateries in this area. Located in Graça, you'll be privy to a local, authentic atmosphere that's hard to find in other popular neighbourhoods. Wander down to Castelo de S. Jorge for stunning vistas over the city or, to head into the city centre, hop on... the bus and you'll be in Praça do Comércio in twenty minutes.

About Graça
Graça is the highest point of Lisbon's seven hills, sitting just above the beautiful Alfama. You’ll find some of the best views of the city in this neighbourhood. Wind your way slowly up and down the cobbled streets, pausing at viewpoints to take in the pastel-painted walls of Alfama. The downside to the incredible views is the steepness of Graça – we advise taking it steady and calling in to local bars and restaurants for regular energy-boosts. As the sun sets over Lisbon, you’ll find your efforts in finding the perfect terrace worthwhile.
