Just a ten-minute walk from both Shepherd's Bush and Holland Park tube stations, this spacious family home is in a quiet residential area, close to the huge Westfield shopping centre. With high-quality design, a thoughtfully curated art collection and timeless interiors, it feels sophisticated and private. Set over four floors, there's enough space for everyone to spread out and the private garden is a real bonus. We love the bright living room with its simple yet elegant furnishings and its modern fireplace, and we think you'll appreciate the way it flows into the dining area and sleek kitchen – making it ideal for families who want to socialise while cooking. Elsewhere, there's a family room, with a saffron yellow hue and built-in workspace, which opens directly to the garden, and upstairs you'll find pretty bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The luxurious master suite takes up the entire second floor and has plenty of storage thanks to a walk-through dressing room. It's an easy place to feel at home in and there are plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby.

Filled with mews streets, stucco mansions and green spaces, Holland Park is an idyllic neighbourhood sandwiched between Notting Hill, Kensington and Shepherd's Bush. Holland Park itself is one of London's most picturesque green spaces with a rich history. Today, the park boasts an open-air theatre and opera, Japanese-style Kyoto Gardens and a family playground. For dining, try Julie's and The Belvedere, and for a refreshing pint or aperol spritz, the Mitre and The Ladbroke Arms are a couple of great, classic British pubs in the area.
