This is a beautiful single-family house located 2.4 km from the center of Supetar, in a secluded, quiet, and sunny position at the seaside with its own private beach. The property has a 1,500 m2 fenced garden with a wildlife garden and an angular heated swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm) with an internal staircase. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (100 m2), and barbecue (swing, sandbox). There are seven bicycles available for guests to use and a trampoline and washing machine in the house. The unit consists of two separate houses rented as one unit. The main house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open kitchen, living/dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning, and a terrace with marvellous sea views. The small separate house has two bedrooms with external entrances. Guests have access to free WiFi and reserved parking for two cars. This home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea.
