This is a charming renovated single-family house located in the quiet hamlet of Tomišići, just 3.5km away from Žminj. With its 3 storeys, it offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay for up to 7 guests. The house features a spacious lawn and trees on its private 1,000m2 property, as well as an angular swimming pool with internal staircase, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue. Inside the house, guests will find modern amenities such as internet access, washing machine and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms are cozy and feature low placed windows with sloping ceilings. The top floor has an entrance hall with air conditioning and two bedrooms with sloping ceilings. Additionally, there is another bedroom on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy their meals on the roofed terrace that comes complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Parking for two cars is available on-site in the garage. Note that part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
