This charming two-story home is located in the hamlet Gljuščići, just 6 km from Žminj and within driving distance of Rovinj. The fenced-in property includes a swimming pool, table tennis, terrace, and garden furniture. Inside, there's a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and an exit to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The property also includes forced-air heating and a portable barbecue for guests to use. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
