This home is a newly renovated two-story single-family house located in the hamlet Macini, just 20km from the sea and 20km from the centre of Rovinj. The property sits on a private 1,000m² fenced plot and features a lovely swimming pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue with slide and swing. Inside the house, guests can enjoy satellite TV, hi-fi system, air conditioning, internet access, washing machine, and wood heating. The upper floor boasts three comfortable bedrooms each with their own shower/WC and satellite TV with air conditioning. Guests can also take advantage of free WiFi and use of logs for heating. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Shops and restaurants are located 6km away.
