Boasting picturesque views over Lake Como, this home promises a relaxing retreat for small families. Just two kilometres from the centre of Domaso and its pebble beach, you're perfectly placed for fun-filled days out. It's also a short drive from the popular towns of Menaggio and Varenna with reserved parking available at the house. There's plenty of space for your group to sprawl out, just bear in mind that one bedroom is only suitable for younger children. The interiors are a little dated, however, we think you'll spend more time outside, where you'll find a charming balcony and a patio terrace. It's also worth noting that the owners live at the house, but don't worry, they'll do their best to stay out of your way.

Home truths
The owners live at the house. They'll do their best to stay out of your way, but some of the rooms will be out of use.
The terraced garden is a shared space.
Due to the trundle bed set-up and childish decor, the second bedroom is only suitable for younger guests.
There's a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements – though the maximum occupancy is four guests.
We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is reserved parking for two cars.
The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free upon request.
