This beautifully renovated 5-room terraced house is located in the hamlet Bellissimi, just 4km from Dolcedo and 13km from Imperia. The residential area is traffic-free for a peaceful holiday experience. The property features air conditioning and parquet floors throughout, with stylish furnishings. The living room on the top floor boasts a dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine, and 4 gas rings. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley and countryside from the porch or patio with terrace furniture and deck chairs. The beautiful garden with lawn and trees is perfect for sunbathing. A shared swimming pool (seasonal availability: 1st May - 15th October) and outdoor shower are available for guests' use, with pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Please note that a 200m steep footpath leads to the house and public parking is available 200m away.
