Located in a convenient spot, right by the train station, you'll find this home within a beautiful, Neo-Gothic building. The home delivered on its modern amenities, with a top of the range kitchen, fast wi-fi connection, a Smart TV with streaming apps and bluetooth Sonos speakers. The generously large rooftop terrace was an added bonus, with views of St. Paul's Cathedral. Alongside easy access to transport links, you can walk to the City (ideal for business travellers) and an array of great restaurants and pubs in Clerkenwell.

The communal hallway of the building feels dated and is in need of a refurbishment
The air conditioning system is out of order, though your host can provide a portable unit
The second bathroom is very small at only 70cm wide – you'll have to walk over the toilet to access the shower
There is noticeable wear and tear in the home
The wardrobe was quite wobbly
While they are going to be replaced soon, the bedroom curtains are torn
It's on a busy road with lots of traffic so you can hear some street noise in the home
There's currently a large building development opposite the home which overlooks the terrace and will be noisy
