In the heart of Ladbroke Grove, and only a few minutes away from the world-famous Portobello Road, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment is a testament to the fact that minimalism and character can go hand in hand. The neutral colour palette is accentuated by flora themed furniture and an abundance of houseplants, creating a real sense of space. The stunning bathtub caught our eye during our visit, and although the bedroom might struggle to accommodate all your worldly possessions, there's ample space for two. What's more, this charming space offers the rare chance to live in the heart of one of London's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Meanwhile, nearby Ladbroke Grove station opens up the rest of the city when you're hit with that urge to explore.

Home truths

If you're one for home comforts, this space runs more Scandinavian minimalist than knick-knack's delight, so it might not be for you

Living in one of the famous Notting Hill terraced houses means that your neighbours are close to you and can sometimes be heard

The kitchen is small but perfectly formed - great for cooking a simple meal or fixing breakfast, but not up to Masterchef standards

At least guest must be at least 21 years of age
