Tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of Viškovići, just 2 kilometres from the beach, this sea-facing villa is the perfect Istrian escape. The outdoor space is a standout, with a private pool, outdoor kitchen, basketball and volleyball courts, and a children’s play area and trampoline. Inside, the three-storey home continues to impress, with a primary bedroom with a panoramic sea-facing terrace, a spa area (think hydro massage bath and sauna) and a billiards room to keep the night flowing. To explore further afield, you’ll need a car, and the historic hilltop town of Labin (just 15km away) is a fine place to start.
