This is a beautiful single-family house located in the hamlet of Camlići, just 5 kilometers away from Barban's city center. This peaceful and sunny property features a large lawn, orchard, and an angular swimming pool that comes with a paddling pool, outdoor shower, and WC. The swimming pool is heated and has an internal staircase. Guests can enjoy the terrace (18m2), garden furniture, and barbecue grill while admiring the scenic views of the swimming pool. The house itself is beautifully furnished with air conditioning throughout and has two double bedrooms each with their own air conditioning unit. The living/dining room is spacious (43m2) and features satellite TV (flat screen). The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like dishwasher, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine, microwave and ceramic glass hob hotplates. Finally, this home allows up to two pets/dogs and can accommodate a maximum of four adults plus two children up to 12 years old.
