This is a stunning villa located in Šišan, just 4km from Medulin. Built in 2019, this beautiful villa boasts a private and fenced 1,000m2 property with a large lawn and wildlife garden. The villa also features an angular swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with internal staircase, outdoor shower, pool house with shower, and an outdoor WC. Guests can enjoy the table tennis, trampoline, table football, children's playground (slide and swing), infrared sauna, and hydro massage bath. The villa has internet access and parking for two cars on the premises. The villa has four rooms spread over two levels with three double beds and three bathrooms.
