Perching Sparrow is a well-loved family home. Be warned – two of the bedrooms are only really suitable for children. As long as you don’t mind sharing the space with some of the owner’s possessions, its lived-in status gives a home away from home feel. A real highlight of this house is its kitchen-dining area that's flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Filled with books, art prints and even a grand piano, the space oozes charm and character.
