With the beach just 3 kilometres away and the centre of Jávea even closer, this home has Costa Blanca living written all over it. A car is necessary here, but you won't have to travel far to find restaurants, waterfront cafes and beaches. You can also relax in the sunny garden and float around in the private pool if you'd prefer to take it easy. Mountain views make the terrace a stand-out spot for evening drinks – you can just glimpse the sea, too. It's a tad traditional inside, but if you like rustic touches (think wooden beams and arched doorways), you'll be more than happy to call this place home.
