Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Despite its minimalist feel, this home still manages to ooze character. We love all the babushka dolls, they’re a fun touch – but our absolute favourite thing about this home is the view. While it might not be of the sea, the leafy views are pretty special too. You’re within walking distance to Rabin Square, a lively spot in Tel Aviv’s city centre filled with restaurants. And Dizengoff Square is only ten minutes away as well.

Home truths
The wifi was a bit slow when we visited
Bathroom two was tired-looking – it needs some attention
The walls could do with a lick of paint to cover up scuff marks
There’s no dining table separate to the breakfast bar in the kitchen
We couldn’t find a home manual when we visited
Even though there’s a lift, you still have to climb ten steps to reach the front door

About Old North
Spanning from Arzolorov Street to Park Hayarkon, the Old North is a well-kept neighbourhood full of classy sea-facing bistros serving Mediterranean delicacies as well as chic cafés and mainstream shopping streets. Its most famous street is Dizengoff Street. Even though many of the shops are high-end, the restaurants and bars are affordable, and many Tel-Avivians come here to enjoy a drink in some of the stylish cocktail bars that are dotted along the street and its offshoots.
