This modern and tastefully furnished villa is a 4-room, 2-story property located just 200 meters from the beach in Lopar. With a private 32m2 heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ area in a 700m2 property, guests can enjoy the outdoors comfortably. The villa also features a spa area with a sauna and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. The living/dining area has satellite TV and air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There are three bedrooms that come with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, with two of them featuring balconies. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. Parking for up to three cars is available on the premises. Please note that it is necessary to announce seven days in advance if pool heating is required, and groups of teenagers are allowed only upon request. A pet dog is allowed in this non-smoking house.
