Found in between happening Neve Tzedek and arty Florentin, this apartment lies within walking distance of some of Tel Aviv’s most popular spots — many of which you'll be able to spot from the balcony, which has a fabulous view of Tel Aviv's rooftops. This home's designers were all too aware of the potential of this panorama as the interior is blessed with plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows, which also have the added benefit of inviting copious amounts of natural light inside. The space itself is minimalist in style — the more critical of you might see it more as unremarkable — but there's everything present for it to act as a solid base for those who will be spending most of their time exploring the streets outside. Talking of which, the city's former train station, Hatachana, sits twelve minutes away on foot and in recent years, has been reinvented as a great culinary hangout spot. If you need to work up an appetite beforehand, Charles Clore Beach and the Mediterranean Sea only take a quarter of an hour to reach on foot.
