This single-level retreat outside Felanitx puts the Mallorcan countryside at your fingertips. Two of the en-suite bedrooms lead straight to the garden, so you'll only be a few steps away from the island's endless sunshine. The private swimming pool is sure to be a hit – especially since the nearest beach is an 18-kilometre drive – while the covered terrace is just the ticket come dinnertime. Inside, wooden beams add some character to the otherwise breezy living area. We think there's a decent amount of space here for a family or small group of friends. But, when you fancy exploring, private parking means you can hop in a car and set off with ease.

We think the garden could do with a refresh. Some of the grassy patches are a bit worn down.
The separate toilet is outside by the pool. There's also an outdoor shower.
