Bright and breezy, this modern villa sits in a prime spot on Mallorca's eastern coast. Just a short drive away lies Porto Cristo, with the rocky beaches of Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia also within easy reach. What initially caught our eye here were the sea views – best enjoyed from the terrace, balcony and two of the bedrooms – but we're equally impressed by the sleek interiors. Inside, there's plenty of space to spread out and unwind away from the island's endless sunshine. Although, if you ask us, the best spot of all to chill out is the small private pool, fitted with whirlpool jets for extra relaxation.

Home truths
Only two of the bedrooms have sea views. The third has single beds ideal for children, which can also be pushed together to create a double.
The swimming pool is plunge-style, so it's not suitable for swimming laps. The decking is also scratched, but the terrace is excellent for unwinding nonetheless.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking here.
If you're travelling for work, you'll find a dedicated desk in the living area. The dining table also doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
