Set on the northeastern banks of Lake Como, this home treats its guests to postcard views and enviable outdoor living facilities. From poolside barbecues to hot tub sunset-watching, and post-badminton picnics to table tennis hangouts, this villa offers a unique interior design with huge windows that invite you outside at all hours. On your doorstep, it's watersports galore. And while a local shop and restaurant await a five-minute walk away, we think the 7.5-kilometre drive to Colico is an afternoon well spent.

While some of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor facilities aren’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
Though the home can sleep up to twelve people, the maximum occupancy is ten guests. One of the bedrooms will be closed off and one of the bedrooms has an independent entrance from the terrace.
The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st June and 30th September.
There’s free parking on the grounds.
A standard first dinner and basic groceries are included at this home, plus a cleaning service for three hours per week.
This home has table tennis, table football, and a court to play badminton and volleyball.
The decor here might not be to everyone's taste.

If you'll be arriving between 10am and 12pm, you'll be charged an early arrival fee of €300 – arrivals between 12pm and 2pm will be subject to an early arrival fee of €250, and arrivals between 2pm and 4pm will need to pay €150.
