This elegant historic villa stands on the shores of Lake Como, just a short drive from Bellagio. The fantastic lakeside location makes it perfect for exploring, whether by private boat or using public ferries. The villa is spread over three floors, with plenty of space for a large group – there’s even a sauna and a games room. We love the private pool, which sits amid the centuries-old trees of the pretty gardens. When the sun starts to lower in the sky, fire up the barbecue and feast alfresco looking out at the lake. Bliss.

The owner’s residence is on the far side of the park that this home is set within. They have their own driveway and garden so your privacy should not be affected.
