From the moment we saw the views from this villa in the village of Firostefani, we were sold. Endless stretches of blue radiate from all sides, best enjoyed from the terrace and hot tub. There’s an alfresco dining spot too that’s just waiting to be used for Greek treats in the sun, and when the rays get too strong, you can retreat inside amid the villa’s cool whitewashed walls. There are a few signs of wear and tear in the decor and the kitchen is on the small side. But with Fira just a ten-minute walk away, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to sample the local fare. And when you’re ready for a dip in the sea, pebbly Gialos Beach is 3.5 kilometres from your door.

Home truths
There are steps around this home. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance. Please note there's a steep drop around the terrace and hot tub, so children should be supervised at all times when outside.
There are some minor signs of wear and tear here. The kitchen is also on the small side and best suited to light bites.
The main bedroom has a separate entrance.
Daily housekeeping is provided, except on Sundays.
