This contemporary villa is nestled on Sicily’s south-east coast, just a short distance from Ispica. Perfect for a seaside family retreat, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out over two floors – although we think you’ll spend most of your time outdoors. You can make the most of the Mediterranean climate here with a private pool, sun-kissed terraces, and an outdoor kitchen just made for alfresco dining. And when you crave a beach day, Santa Maria del Focallo beach is just a stone’s throw away.

Home truths

While not all bathrooms are photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay and explore the island fully. There's private parking for two cars available here.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.

The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 31st October. The pool isn't fenced, so if you're bringing children they'll need to be supervised at all times.

There are stairs to climb in this two-storey home. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.

About Val di Noto

Encompassing the south-eastern third of Sicily, Val di Noto is one of the three historic regions of the island. Many of the region’s towns were destroyed during an earthquake in 1693, meaning that they were rebuilt in the Baroque style they have since become famous for. There are eight UNESCO-listed towns in Val di Noto, including Modica, Scicli and Catania, the second-largest city on Sicily. Although each town has its...
