Zaneta Whole House is a modern lakeside property with stunning views of Menaggio Marina and Lake Como. Perfect for families or groups, this property is located just a few metres from the beach and close to the centre of Menaggio, where plenty of bars and restaurants can be found. Lugano and Como are within easy driving distance, and there are many activities available in the area, including sailing, tennis, golf, water skiing, and kite surfing. Zaneta Whole House comprises a ground floor apartment (Zaneta House) and a first-floor apartment (Zaneta Penthouse). Zaneta House has six ensuite bedrooms, a large living room with panoramic windows, a dining area for 12 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. The property also features a large lakefront terrace with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor dining facilities, and secure parking on site. On request, guests can enjoy additional services such as private chef services, cooking lessons, boat rental, day sailing trips, tours and excursions.
