This is a modern and comfortable villa located in the peaceful district of Tigaki, just 500m from the sea and 2.7km from the beach. The villa is equipped with a beautiful, well-kept garden and an angular swimming pool, perfect for sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip. Guests can also enjoy shared amenities such as table tennis, barbecue, and children's playground, as well as a fitness room in the complex. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4-room layout, featuring spacious and bright living areas with satellite TV, open kitchen with dining table, and 3 double bedrooms with air-conditioning. One bedroom is situated on the upper floor with a large terrace providing breathtaking views of the sea and countryside. Linen change, towel change, and room cleaning are provided three times per week for added convenience. A car is recommended to explore nearby attractions such as Hippocratic Foundation & Museum or Ancient Agora of Kos. Baby equipment is available upon request.
