This gorgeous home is located just a five-minute walk away from glorious Tooting Bec Common – a vast expanse of greenery, home to a lovely Lido if you fancy a dip. Or, check out the raft of restaurants in Balham, a fifteen-minute stroll. If you want to channel your inner Nigella, there’s a library of cookery books here, if you prefer to stay in. Enjoy the fruits of your labour in the sumptuous dining room with its sparkling chandeliers. There’s even a live-in housekeeper to keep everything spick and span. Perfect for families – kids and adults alike are well catered for with two separate lounges. Challenge someone to a game of table tennis in the downstairs playroom or head out to the large, attractive garden with plenty of seating and dining options, ideal for outdoor entertaining.
