This Andalusian villa offers picturesque views of the Hurones Reservoir, the Alcornocales Natural Park, and the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. With a large terrace and swimming pool alongside a sundeck and alfresco dining area, there are plenty of perching places where you can relax outside. There's also a traditional Andalusian-style courtyard which adds to the home's authentic charm. While the dated designs inside may not be to everyone's taste, the open-plan layout of the main living area sets the scene for a sociable stay – although we think twelve guests sharing two bathrooms will be a squeeze. Located about 11 kilometres from the nearest supermarket and amenities in Ubrique, the rural location requires a car to get around.

Home truths

    One well-behaved dog weighing up to 50kg is welcome to accompany you during your stay.

    The WC is located outside. While this room and the second bathroom aren't photographed, we expect the style and quality to be a little dated.

    Twelve guests sharing two bathrooms may be a squeeze, we suggest a lower guest count. There are also only four sun loungers here, so not everyone will be able to sunbathe at the same time.

    Due to the rural location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking here.

    There's an unfenced pond in the garden. Children must be supervised at all times.

    Although this home is spread across the ground floor, access to the rooftop terrace is via a spiral staircase.
