Frankly, we weren’t shocked when we found out that the host of this apartment is an interior designer — with the striking combination of Ottoman architecture and bohemian furniture, it looks as if it’s been taken straight out of the pages of a glossy magazine. While the vintage rugs and intricate chandelier hark back to years gone by, there are modern elements incorporated seamlessly, too — you only have to look at the monochromatic kitchen to see what we mean. As well as providing a gorgeous space in which to relax, the location on the outskirts of Old Jaffa is also brilliant if you want to venture outside. The Jaffa Flea Market is less than ten minutes' walk away if you feel inspired to try your own hand at interior design, while Abrasha Park takes about a quarter of an hour on foot and rewards you with lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea.
