Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Offering panoramic sea views, this villa lies in a residential area of Altea. The terrace boasts a private plunge pool and a barbecue with an alfresco dining area, and the two upstairs bedrooms have access to their own small balconies. Close to plenty of attractions, you'll be able to choose from golf, the Aqualandia water park, the seaside promenade, and so much more. We recommend having a car here to get the most out of your stay – you'll have two garage spaces, but they're on the smaller side so won't fit larger car models.

Home truths
There is space for up to two small cars to park for free in the garage. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
Your host can provide a free cot and high chair if you're travelling with little ones. You may need to request these in advance.
This home is spread over three stories, and the spiral staircase has lots of gaps, so children should always be supervised when climbing the stairs.
The fence around the terrace also has gaps, so young children should always be supervised when outside and around the pool, which is unfenced.

About Calpe
You may recognise Calpe from its mighty rock, the Peñon de Ifach, shaping the landscape and giving the beaches on either side a particularly unique backdrop. The town is bursting with amenities and things to do while still having a wonderful mix of old Valencian culture. Exploring the hilltop district couldn’t be easier and there are plenty of photo opportunities thanks to the Roman cathedrals, colourful mosaic murals and cobblestone...
