Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
While Mannerism isn’t a show-stopping home, the location is excellent. Tucked away in Kerem Hateimanim (also one of Tel Aviv’s oldest neighbourhoods), the immediate area is filled with Yemeni restaurants. You’re also within walking distance to Banana Beach and Geula Beach. Split across two floors, it’s an airy home with lots of natural light. And if you feel like sitting under the Tel Avivian sun, you’re in good hands with not one but two terraces, both perfect for alfresco dining or a cup of coffee.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
