This Tuscan estate was built in the 1920s and was recently restored, creating peaceful apartments and villas surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak woods. This apartment embraces the old traditions of provincial Italy – some would call it dated, but we say the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room are homely and terracotta floors keep your feet cool in summer. Guests here have access to a large shared swimming pool which has a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. Plus, breakfast is included and your host can arrange wine tastings on request.

Home truths

A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, at no extra cost.

You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and grounds here. They're shared with the estate's other residents. That said, the pool is only available for use between 1st May and 1st October.

One of the bedrooms consists of two single beds pushed together. It can be set up as a twin room upon request.

While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

There’s free parking on-site. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.

For those with reduced mobility, this is a ground-floor apartment.
