This Madeiran villa is located on the island’s southwest coast, in Arco da Calheta, with stunning views of the mountains and Atlantic Ocean. Though parts of the home look a little dated, the villa comes with good amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a nice outdoor terrace and infinity pool. Guests can take advantage of the home's proximity to the sea for water-based activities, including diving and surfing. There’s even a paragliding base nearby for real daredevils, or you could simply try out one of the several scenic hiking trails nearby.

The infinity pool isn't fenced and has a drop on one side. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
