With a prestigious address on Gray's Inn Road in the heart of Bloomsbury, this stylish flat isn't messing about when it comes to location. Walk fifteen minutes in one direction and you'll reach the front gates of the British Museum, while fifteen in the other will take you to buzzing King's Cross and The British Library. And if you love a good pint, you're in luck – this neighbourhood has an array of pubs to while away the evenings in, ranging from local alehouses to trendy gastropubs. The flat itself is impeccable – there's a sleek, well-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to rustle up a meal, a contemporary bathroom with a rainfall shower, a comfortable living area with a Bluetooth speaker and a cosy bedroom with a workspace if you're in town on business. We particularly enjoyed the clean, mid-century inspired furniture and the shared courtyard – while there's no place to sit out there, it's still nice to wake up to a quiet patio rather than the bustling street.

Home truths

This home is set over two floors and you'll have to walk up a few steps to reach the front door – there's no lift in this building

Parking may be available for a fee, but we suggest leaving the car at home and taking advantage of London's excellent underground – both King's Cross and Russell Square stations are within walking distance

This flat is in a serviced apartment complex – there's a doorman as well as a virtual concierge via an app if you have any questions

The hosts regularly refresh the decor and furniture arrangement so it may look slightly different from our photos

About Bloomsbury

Bloomsbury has got it all. Steeped in literary history (this is where Virginia Woolf and her pals used to live), filled with beautiful townhouses and some of the most delightful garden squares in London. It has some great pubs, and is home to one of London's most-loved street of independent shops and restaurants, the utterly charming Lamb's Conduit Street. The British Museum is on your doorstep and Oxford Circus is a ten minute walk away. Need we say more?
