Spread over two floors, this villa grabbed our attention with its relaxing pool area and occasional Balinese flair. While the home's interior feels a little dated in parts, the inclusion of traditional Balinese artwork and furniture grounds you in the location, and the four-poster beds for all guests is a nice touch. Outdoors was where the home stood out to us, though – the tropical plants lining the walls create a veritable oasis as you stretch out by the pool on the daybed. The kitchen is diminutive, but with a plethora of eateries and bars close by and private chefs easily arranged with your host, you might not even notice.
