Thanks to it's location, the sea and Tuscan landscape stretches on the horizon and can be admired from the private swimming pool or any of the balconies and terrace seating areas. Though wi-fi isn't available here, you'll still have plenty to occupy yourself. Several scenic points are within walking distance for those who appreciate nature, and the steps leading from the villa and directly to the sea is a dream for beach lovers.

As there are stairs to climb here, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
